All files have the .pdf extension on the file name, thus requiring that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader program installed on your computer. If you don't have it, it's free through the Adobe Acrobat Reader download web page. Instruct your browser to launch the Acrobat Reader program when it encounters a PDF file. This will call up the Acrobat Reader and thus enable you to view the document with all the correct fonts, graphics, etc..
