ADULT S - HEALTHY LIFESTYLES                                    Group Exercise Schedule
The YMCA's "Stay Fit" programming is designed for individuals with past and/or current exercise experience, and includes equipment orientations, exercise program development and supportive fitness/wellness counseling. It is included with full facility memberships.

"Y" Personalized Fitness Program
You've probably been down the road to better health before.  But, for whatever reason you were diverted from reaching your destination.  Not having enough time, not feeling like you know the right exercises to do, not feeling like you quite fit in or lacking motivation to keep going are just some of the reasons you've put off getting back on the road to better health. This program differs from our typical fitness programming for those who already engage in regular physical activity.  The 12-Week Program is uniquiely designed for the individual who does not currently exercise regularly, but would like to.  It will help those who have been inactive take the steps necessary to become active, stay active and become healthier in Spirit, Mind and Body.

Now you can get back to better health with a Personalized Fitness Program, designed specifically to assist you in achieving a more physically capable and active lifestyle.

What can you expect from a 12-Week Personalized Fitness Program for the "Ready To Be Fit"?
It will help you start and stay with exercise, up to 4 FREE appointments with your Fitness Trainer to help you.........

It will help those who have ben inactive, or those with low activity levels, take the steps necessary to become active, stay active and become healthier in Spirit, Mind, and Body.
