The staff of the YMCA of Greater Whittier has a wide variety of Programs for our members. We believe exercise and health education are important for people of all ages, incomes and abilities.
Adult programs include strength training, walking, personal fitness, water exercise, yoga, weight management, and group exercise including aerobics, martial arts, racquetball, cycling, adult sports, family camp and much more.
Youth programs include Kids Klub, youth fitness, youth sports, Adventure Center, aquatics, Adventure Guides, camp experience and much more. In all activities and programs children are taught and encouraged to lead a healthy lifestyle.
Senior programs include Silver Sneakers, aerobic, water fitness, senior camp and much more.
