12-Week Personalized Fitness Program
Designed for the person who may or may not have experience or just desires to get into a regular exercise program. Includes four FREE
scheduled appointments with a Healthy Lifestyle Counselor/Fitness Trainer and a structured 12-week Personalized fitness program suited to your needs you will be regularly supported with constructive feedback from your counselor throughout the 12-week program period.
Staying Fit Programs
appointment with a Fitness Trainer who will construct an individualized program to help you lose weight, gain strength, promote flexibility, or simply maintain your current level of fitness.

A structured assessment and evaluation of your current fitness level, including measurement of cardiovascular system functions, physical strength and flexibility, and body composition.
Available for those desiring regular, one-on-one assistance with their exercise goals.
