If for any reason you are unhappy with our services within the first 30 days of membership, we will gladly refund your joining fee and the unused portion of your membership.
Member service is our top priority. Our staff is here to serve you and respond to member needs. Your comments are welcomed. Please see one of our staff or drop a comment card in one of the suggestion boxes located conveniently at the Courtesy Counter. Comment cards and responses are posted.
The YMCA is an international organization built on volunteers. Giving the gift of time can be truly rewarding. For more information, contact the YMCA at (562) 907-6530 or (562) 943-7241.
Lost And Found
The YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Lost and found items will be kept at the Courtesy Counter for 10 days and then donated to charity.
Facility Dress Code
In order to maintain a Christian emphasis and family environment in the facility and at all YMCA functions, the dress code prohibits members or participants to wear any clothing that contains abusive language or obscene depictions. Also, all apparel (lack of apparel) must be appropriate for a family environment.
Youth Facility Usage
It is our recommendation and belief that children under the age of 12 should not be left in the facility unattended by an adult. We offer a variety of Summer Camp and Childcare programs if you need care for your child. Stop by the Courtesy Counter for more information.
Guests are welcome to come one time and try out the facility when accompanied by a member. However, the YMCA is a membership organization and our first obligation is to our members. Members may bring a maximum of one guest. Families may bring a family as their guest. All guests over the age of 18 must have a photo ID.
