Group Exercise

Your Membership includes a large variety of classes per week - taught by highly trained Instructors who provide fun, effective and safe workouts geared to your fitness level.  Classes are available for all levels and interests.  Current monthly schedules are available at the Membership Services.

MIND & BODY

Pilates
Mat classes focus on muscle lengthening, toning and core strengthening with an emphasis on movement quality and breathing.  Improves core strength and posture.

Tai Chi, Qigong & Longevity Stick
Easily learned movement that generate, circulate, and harmonize the internal energy flow.  Physical functioning, creativity, mental clarity, and vitality can improve through regular practice.

Yoga

A Mind/Body class of concentration and discipline, using a variety of poses and controlled breathing techniques.  Several different styles of Hatha Yoga are offered.

CONDITIONING

ABS
30 minutes of high intensity abdominal training led by a Certified Personal Trainer.

Body Conditioning
Specific muscle conditioning for all major muscle groups using a variety of equipment that include bars, hand weights and bands.

Low-Impact
This low-impact aerobics class includes muscle conditioning with hand held weights and comfortable stretching.

Senior Fitness
A low-impact aerobics class that includes muscle conditioning with hand held weights and comfortable stretching.

CARDIOVASCULAR 

Box-Aerobics
A moderate to intense cardio workout that introduces the basic boxing moves using a series of punching and kicking techniques set to music.

Cycling
An energizing indoor cardio cycling class using state-of-the-art bikes.  Our Certified Instructors are enthusiastic and fun!

Step
A great cardio workout designed for all levels of fitness using the Step Reebok platform.  Burns fat and improves cardio endurance.

Step & Sculpt
A challenging class incorporates the step with hand held weights.  A completer body workout.

Super Circuit
An interval cardio and strength training class held in the fitness center and taught by a Certified Personal Trainer.

Zumba
Latin aerobic dance interval training that combines Salsa, Merengue, Conga, and other popular Latin dance moves.

Zumba Toning

Zumba Toning is a great body sculpting workout with the use of zumba toning sticks and same zumba moves you already enjoy at a slightly slower pace. *More classes coming in January.

SILVER SNEAKERS  I / II

An active older adult workout that includes a variety of exercises designed to increase skills required for daily living.  A chair is incorporated for seated or standing support.

SELF DEFENSE FOR WOMEN

This class offers practice in Self Defense Maneuvers for Women and Girls. Learn to protect yourself in real world situations, while building confidence, self assurance, and security. "THE BEST OFFENSE IS A GOOD DEFENSE." 

Protect yourself from attack with these important safety practices:    
Learn basic grab techniques and blocks
Increase awareness of the risks and how to prevent exposure
Build confidence and empower yourself

Ages 14 and up are invited to come participate first class for free. The class will also entail basic stretching and cardio in addition to the realistic self defense tactics.
